How to download
Common scenarios
- Direct download: Click the Download button next to a file. Your browser will start saving it.
- Passcode required: Enter the passcode provided by the sender, then try again.
- Email required: Enter a valid email address. Some senders require this to track access.
- Both passcode and email: Provide both to proceed.
- Download limit reached: Ask the sender to create a new link.
- Rate limited: Wait for the timer to finish, then retry. Avoid repeated clicks.
Tips for smooth downloads
- Don’t close this tab until the download completes.
- Large files may take time—use a stable Wi‑Fi connection.
- Some browsers block multiple downloads—allow them if prompted.
- On iOS, look for downloads in the Files app. On Android, check the Downloads folder.
- If a VPN or corporate firewall blocks downloads, try a different network.
What if the file is expired or deleted?
When a link expires or hits its download limit, the files can’t be accessed anymore. Files removed by the uploader are permanently unavailable.
- Contact the sender and ask for a new share link.
- Double‑check you’re using the exact link you received.
